  I was greeted as I came in the door. I was asked what they could help me with. I told them I wanted to look at Echo Dot. I was immediately taken to where they were. He explained each one and told me the difference. I did think I might want the high end one but it wasn't in stock. I bought the "dot" and am enjoying it. We may consider the bigger one at a later date. I also wanted a new mouse. Since I have a draw full of $15 mouse I wanted a better one. He also helped me with that and I am very pleased with the one for $32. He checked me out and was very nice and pleasant the entire time. I am sorry I didn't get his name. Janice Gibson
